Not for Overhead Lifting – This product is not rated for lifting or hoisting applications. Use only for tie-down and load securement purposes.
Use with Grade 70 Chain Only – Mismatching chain grades or sizes can cause failure. Always ensure both clevis ends are used with the correct Grade 70 transport chain.
Do Not Exceed Working Load Limit (WLL) – Exceeding the rated capacity may result in equipment failure, serious injury, or death. Refer to size specific WLL ratings and follow industry standards.
Inspect Before Each Use – Check for wear, deformation, cracks, rust, or damaged pins. Replace immediately if any defects are founds.
Secure Pins with Cotter Pins -Always install and secure cotter pins after inserting clevis pins. Loose or missing pins can lead to load detachment.
Avoid Shock Loading – Sudden or impact loading can exceed WLL and cause failure. Apply force gradually and evenly.
Proper Training Required – This equipment should be used only by trained individuals familiar with safe rigging and tie-down procedures.
