Founded in 1996 in Kansas City, Multiprens USA is a trusted distributor and manufacturer of cargo control equipment for the trucking industry. Our products play a critical role in keeping freight secure in van trailers and on flatbed trucks, helping transportation companies comply with safety regulations and protect everyone who shares the road.

Cargo securement is not optional — it is a responsibility. Every load traveling our highways must be properly restrained to prevent accidents and ensure public safety. At Multiprens USA, we take that responsibility seriously by providing dependable, high-quality equipment that professionals rely on every day. What began as a small startup with six employees has grown into a respected industry partner known for reliability, service, and hands-on expertise.

Today, Multiprens USA is led by President and Owner Debra Shaumeyer, whose journey with the company began at its founding. Over the years, Debra has worked in nearly every area of the business — from customer service and warehouse operations to production support, inventory control, and supplier relations. This deep operational knowledge shaped the culture of the company: practical, responsive, and committed to doing things the right way.

Following the passing of founder Bill Tayloe in 2008, Debra stepped into leadership during one of the most challenging economic periods in recent history. She guided the company through relocation, recession, and recovery, helping Multiprens USA emerge stronger and continue its growth.

In 2019, Debra became the owner of Multiprens USA, continuing the company’s legacy while positioning it for the future through expanded manufacturing capabilities, improved quality control, and a strong commitment to American-made products.
