Improper use of quick links can result in serious injury, death, or equipment failure. Always follow safety guidelines:
Inspect Before Use: Check for cracks, deformation, corrosion, or thread damage. Do not use if any part is worn or compromised.
Tighten Completely: Ensure the nut is fully closed and hand -tightened before applying any load. An open or partially closed link can fail under tension.
Use Within Rated Limits: Never exceed the Working Load Limit (WLL). EG quick links are not rated for dynamic or high-impact loads.
Not for Overhead Lifting: Quick links are not designed or rated for overhead lifting. Use only for non-critical connections.
Use Only with Compatible Hardware: Ensure the quick link is properly sized for the chain, rope, or fittings being used.
Not for Life-Safety Applications: Do not use for climbing, fall protection, or personal restraint systems.
Always follow manufacturer instructions and safety standards. Use responsibly to prevent accidents.
